Terms of Sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms cover every order placed on almsie.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. "Almsie", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs this store; "you" means the person placing the order.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and give us accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Orders are for personal use, not resale. We may decline or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if it breaks these terms.

2. Our products

The Almsie Snatched Brief is high-waisted shapewear for adults. It's clothing, not a medical device, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Results vary from person to person, and reviews describe individual experiences. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where it applies. UK delivery is free. For orders outside the UK, delivery costs are shown at checkout, and local duties or taxes may be payable on arrival. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Bundle offers and free gifts are available while stocks last and may change or end at any time.

4. How your order becomes a contract

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we email you your order confirmation. We may cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing or technical error, or if we can't verify the payment. Once an order is being packed, we can't change it, but our Refund Policy still applies.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is handled by secure, certified payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Swaps, refunds and cancellations

Our 90-day guarantee lets you choose a free size swap or a full refund, without sending the item back. Your legal right to cancel within 14 days applies to sealed, unworn items, because these are intimate garments. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Wearing it safely

If you've recently given birth, are recovering from a C-section or other surgery, are pregnant, or have a condition affecting your tummy, skin or circulation, check with your GP or midwife before wearing compression garments. Take it off if you feel pain, numbness, tingling or discomfort, and follow the care instructions on the label.

9. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for misuse of the product, or for events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, extreme weather or carrier delays. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. Our content

All text, images, designs and branding on this site belong to Almsie and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Your data

We use your personal information to process and deliver your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email us first: we'll do our best to sort it out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
